Yeah, she's a sad tomato...

I am still experiencing a lack of motivation lately. It's not as bad as it was say a month ago, but it's still lingering. I know I just need to sit down and WORK for a little each day, but that just seems so... lame.

This past weekend was really great. I got to have some much needed quality time with my friends on Friday night. Part of the problem with friendships within the theatre department is that you begin to blur the lines between "hanging out" and working on a production or classes. So when there's finally time for everyone to all just kick back and relax it is a breath of fresh air!
We went to the student variety show but it was hot and there were too many annoying people and it was scheduled to go until 1:30am, so we left early and came back here to chill. It really makes me sad to go away for the entire summer, but it's not like everyone would stick around here so it wouldn't be the same anyway. Plus, I'm determined to make this ASM gig amazing! I want to learn absolutely everything I can.

Okay I suppose I should work on my stage management final, or study for my art history exam, or something in that vein... but I'm sure I'll find a way to procrastinate for a while first!
