May I just say that the most amazing things in my life are those that are not expected. Anything here that is truly fantastic has come out of nowhere.
I now have a better music collection, know how to play Munchkin, have an amazingly awesome friend, and I go to bed each night dead tired, but happy and fulfilled.
I can't even describe how weird it is to all of the sudden have it hit me that I'm in Indiana working at a theatre company and having the time of my life. Seriously? I never really thought it would be all of this. I never thought that somehow this summer job would actually lead to all this development in both my outlook on stage management and just in how I function as a person.
Awesome things from the past 24 hours: BBQ and Munchkin, hiking and exploring in the dark for 3 hours, finding cool places for future BBQs and hanging out, wearing an awesome outfit today, Joe's Record store of AWESOME!!!!, Barnes & Noble, Sonic blasts, Rira's Irish Pub, cool people, and let us not forget - unexpected free DD soda, and so, so much Pixies and Cranberries.
Yeah on the Marley Scale of Awesome and Cool today got about a 8.9.
For serious.
